There’s been considerable interest in my upcoming course, Finding Your Still Point – an introduction to the practice of meditation and mindfulness. I also received requests to run the programme in the evenings or on the weekend…so I’ve decided to run the course again next month, this time to run on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday. So here are the 2 options:
Weekdays: Thursday-Friday, 30-31 July 2015
10am-4pm on both days
or
Evening/ Weekend: Friday- Sunday, 21-23 August 2015
7-9pm on Friday, 2-6pm on Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sunday
