I offer life coaching, yoga and meditation, body rolling, ayurvedic lifestyle assessments as well as customised training, facilitation and content creation.

Life Coaching
Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximise their performance. It is a process that takes you from where you currently are to where you want to be. If any of the following resonates, contact me for a consultation – you may benefit from life coaching:
– You feel there’s something new and different for you out there for you, but don’t know what
– You know what you want but something is holding you back from getting it
– You can’t seem to kick a habit that you really want to change
– You can’t seem to get motivated and tend to procrastinate

By appointment only
It is recommended to start with a series of 6 sessions, with subsequent sessions scheduled if required

Group Yoga classes
Each yoga session comprises the physical practice of poses (Asana) with appropriate limbering and warm-up, breathing (Pranayama) and relaxation techniques. Class size is kept small to ensure optimum engagement with students.

Thursday, 7-8.30pm
Saturday, 8.30-10am

Simply drop-in, or sign up for a block of 10 sessions
New students are requested to come in about 15 minutes early for their first class

Private Yoga classes
If you have anything specific you’d like to work on, or if you have any injury or condition that may require special attention, private classes may be an appropriate way to start your yoga practice.

By appointment only
Available as single sessions or in blocks of 4 sessions

Meditation
Meditation is facilitated as part of the group and private yoga classes. In addition, I periodically offer an introduction to meditation and mindfulness course, a 10-hour introduction to the practice, incorporating a range of techniques as well as guidelines on how to establish a daily personal practice. From time to time I conduct special meditation classes through the year, details of which will be posted here.

Group YBR® Classes
YBR® is a self-massage, myofascial release and gentle workout rolled into one. A series of specially created balls become the “hands” of the therapist and the person’s own body weight creates the traction, movement and release on the ball. Each session will work through a series of routines for various parts of the body, using the appropriate ball. Sequences and routines vary, depending on the focus for the specific class.

Wednesday, 7-8.30pm
Saturday, 10.30am-12noon (commencing 1 August 2015)

Private YBR® classes
In addition to the sequences and routines for working through various parts of the body, private YBR® sessions will also include hands-on work, facilitating greater release in areas of restriction. It will also be able to focus specifically on anything you’d like to work on, and address any injury or condition that may require special attention.

Ayurvedic Lifestyle Assessment
Ayurveda is an ancient system of well-being that recognizes the unique-ness of each individual, and that different people need different things to stay healthy. It teaches you how to live your life according to what suits your individual nature. This starts with having a lifestyle assessment and identifying your unique constitution, and what diet and lifestyle would be ideal for your personal well-being.

By appointment only
Clients will be given a lifestyle evaluation form to be completed prior to coming for the consultation

Consultations are typically scheduled in the early morning
